Thereafter, it was a quick drive to the Gurdwara, in Willenhall for the Anand Karaj (Sikh wedding) ceremony.
Guru Nanak Sikh Gurdwara is a magnificent venue and I’ve photographed several weddings there over the years.
As the Sikh wedding ceremony was underway, and as the rings were being exchanged, there were some very magical moments between the groom Onkar and his new bride. It was an intimate wedding due to the current lockdown rules however the atmosphere was beautiful.
Once the formalities were done, we were back out for some couple portrait photography. We then made our way to one of the best stately homes/manor house in the west midlands, Himley Hall. Oasis events management and Hilton Hall Events did a grand job with the decor and food.
A truly wonderful event that gave me the greatest pleasure as a luxury Asian wedding photographer.
